Carved from a single piece of wood. Using the tension in the 2.5mm thickness, a single piece of leather is cut, twisted, and sewn to create a three dimensional silhouette. This [animal object] series is an evolution of woodcarving folkcraft objects. A big tail, noble ears, and a pointy nose that can be seen from far across vast snowfields are the distinguising features of the Ezo Red Fox. These features are represented with a single piece of leather.
